6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only for eligible products and serviceable locations.
- Customers must pay the exact order value at delivery.
- Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in account suspension or COD restriction.
- We reserve the right to disable COD for any user or order.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, availability, or external factors.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Any visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery.
- Installation services, if offered, may be scheduled separately.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Returns are accepted only as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
9. Digital Products

10. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- Products are defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- Products are unused and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or installed electronics
- Sanitary and hygiene products.
- Software licenses, and digital products.
- Custom or special-order items.

- Provide order ID and supporting images/videos
- Return approval is subject to inspection
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- GST amount will be refunded as per law.
5. COD Orders
- COD orders once dispatched cannot be canceled.
- Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may lead to account restriction.
